With almost the majority of the blend being Cabernet Franc 93% coupled with 6% Cabernet Sauvignon and 1% Petit Verdot, this ‘monster’ wine offers earth and black cherry , crème de cassis, violets and boysenberry notes on the nose. In mouth the wine has our Eastern Oakville hillside vineyard profile; soft chewy dynamic fruit and well stitched together tannins, the sweetness of blackberries, creates this powerful layered wine with long finish of cacao and graphite notes. This wine shows a good aging potential and can be enjoyed over the next decade.
