The 2019 Domaine Curry Sauvignon Blanc is composed of 100% Sauvignon Blanc and aged for 7 months in 25% Concrete Egg fermentation, 65% Neutral French Oak, and 10% New Burgundy French Oak. Powerful notes of tangerine oil and ripe pomelos are underlined by fresh stone fruit with crisp acidity and a voluptuous mid- palate.
