Our second consecutive cool and late growing season positively influenced the freshness and youthful fruitiness of LMR’s Sauvignon Blanc. The nose and palate offer layers of floral (honeysuckle, jasmine, and a hint of lily) and fruit (honeydew, ambrosia melon, pear, and pineapple). The round, soft entry introduces the flavors, which carry through to a mouthwatering finish in which minerality, mixed citrus and fresh fennel make appearances. This dry wine pairs with a wide range of vibrant dishes, but also offers balance and completeness when sipped on its own. Enjoy while young.
