This classic Napa Valley Cabernet is at home as a fine dining companion to at a back yard BBQ. Balance and finesse are the foundation, with a complex medley of both fruit driven and earthy notes. There is a hint of licorice, along with cassis, black cherry, dark chocolate, and sweet umami. The well integrated tannins longer on the finish. This wine is ready now but you will be rewarded with a little time in cellar.
