An almost coy expression of this frequently more robust Pinot in our portfolio, the delicate nose of the 2021 hints at kirsch, fresh pomegranates, and the slightest touch of earth. The lightness of the palate offers rhubarb and hibiscus contrasted by a wonderful wet-slate minerality. The subtlety of flavor and body are finely balanced with crisp acidity and pliable tannins, reminding us that a wine doesn’t have to be outspoken to be beautiful.
